Lobster Bar Sea Grille Miami Beach is elevating your Brunch game prolifically every Sunday from 11:30AM to 3:30PM with their new divine lobster brunch line-up. Prepare thyself for a captivating brunch with funky soulful music in a beautiful Grand Central Station inspired venue.
Now this is no ordinary lobster, this is an Exquisite Lobster Experience! It was the Shedonist’s favorite Lobster she ever had in Miami!
Lobster Bar serves Canadian hard-shell lobsters from the deep, icy waters of Nova Scotia – considered to be the Rolls Royce of Lobsters. These succulent lobsters are offered with several exciting preparations. The purest live lobsters, available up to 4 pounds, are steamed consistently to 145 degrees then fully cracked and served with traditional drawn butter and lemon.
What makes this brunch one to run to is an amazing price! Executive Chef Arturo Paz alongside Corporate Culinary Director Pano I Karatassos have jazzed up the two brunch menus with new dishes and a brand new price.
Marked at $39, the prix fixe three-course menu features an entire seafood smorgasbord of dishes like their souped-up lobster inspired take on fried chicken and waffles!
Belgian Waffle & Lobster Morsels -lightly fried, thyme, honey & cinnamon dust drawn butter will have you swooning at your table!
Other signature favorites include Specialty Mediterranean Char-Grilled Octopus, the Whole “Chili Lobster Toast” and the Novia Scotia Whole Butter Braised Lobster Benedict. The three-course menu concludes with a choice of dessert featuring Passion Fruit Cremeux, Profiteroles or Real Greek Yogurt with Thyme Honey.
In addition, guests have the option to order off the brunch a la carte menu where an unlimited cocktail menu is available for $28 per person featuring Santorini Wine, Chardonnay, Cabernet and Rosé, and unlimited Bloody Marys.
A la carte menu highlights include Lobster Bar favorites like Lobster Morsels, Shellfish Tower, the Whole Fish Sharing and their selection of USDA Prime Steaks.
The Whole Fish Experience– features whole European and local fish. Expertly prepared in the Mediterranean technique of grilling and basting with lemon, oregano and Greek E.V. olive oil, the fish is served filleted by our staff for the guest’s enjoyment. Composed individual fish entrees round out the fresh fish selections.
