Lizarran Food Truck – Spanish Mediterranean

Lizarran, a successful restaurant chain from Spain’s Mediterranean coast launches in Miami with a food truck.l Lizarran offers pintxos, cones and some homemade recipes. Lizarran’s recipes blend classic ingredients with popular USA staples like BBQ, Philly Cheese Steak, Huevos Estrellados and Pulpo a la Gallega.

The food truck serves variations of Lizarran internationally-known Pintxos, (Basque for small snacks), atop sliced bread and pierced by a toothpick. Like the popular Huevos Estrellados Con Chistorra, – Basque Sausage topped with Fried Egg and hit with Smoked Paprika.

Plus, handheld snacks that can be eaten on the go, such Fries topped with Manchego Cheese and Jamón Ibérico, Croquettes and Churros with Nutella.

Other Lizarran home-made specialty is the Ensaladilla Rusa (or Russian Salad), made with Tuna, Eggs, Potatoes, Green Peas, Carrots and Peppers.

The food truck is decorated with pretty potted plants, paneled walls and painted ceramic tiles in and around the seating area, and evokes an authentic Mediterranean al fresco dining experience unlike any other.
