Jarly is Delivering Sweets Directly to Your Desk

What’s better than having sweets delivered to your doorstep? That’s right, nothing. Jarly is changing up the subscription box scene by supporting local businesses and providing sweet treats to its customers. Each month you will receive a box containing goods from a local bakery. These boxes are FULL! Like shareable full (even though everyone knows I don’t really like sharing my food, especially sweets!)

For my first box, I received was full of Alfajores from Sweet Armoire Alfajor – They are “bringing a little piece of Argentina to Miami.” All of the alfajores are “covered in dark chocolate, made with two soft and crumbly cookies sandwiched around a luscious dulce de leche spread. Our flavors include white chocolate, hazelnut, and merengue.” I mean, really? How could anyone not like that? Needless to say, these were gone in a matter of hours.

After the first Jarly box I was ecstatic to see what my next one held. This one was full of mandel bread from Miss Mandel Bread. If you don’t know what mandel bread is, think of something close to a biscotti, but a little bit softer. Dara, Miss Mandel Bread herself has curated her recipes from what her family has passed down to her. I think it’s important for baked goods to be made with lots of love and you can definitely feel the love in this mandel bread. The lemon poppy seed was my personal favorite, but they come in a variety of flavors from chocolate chip to funfetti. Jarly gives you a chance to taste the flavors of the community and try things that you might have missed before. The monthly subscription is $19.99 per month. A pretty good deal to have an entire box of goods delivered to your door step every month.
