The Little Lighthouse Foundation’s (LLF) Hearts & Stars Gala 2015 is back with a private, invite only charity event on Saturday, March 14th, 2015 from 8 pm – 1 am at a private waterfront estate on Star Island. The party is sold out for the 5th year in a row.
LLF assists children and their families in South Florida who struggle with educational, financial, and medical hardships. This support is derived from LLF’s recruiting and educating passionate, caring, socially conscious volunteers, and then deploying them to support LLF programming and beneficiary charities. All proceeds from the Hearts & Stars Gala 2015: Casablanca benefit LLF.
The Hearts and Stars 2015 Gala will have a Casablanca theme this year and is black tie optional. Guests will enjoy cocktails on VanDutch 40 and VanDutch 55 yachts, which will be accessible during the event. There will be a top shelf open bar all night provided by Diageo, featuring Ketel One as well as Johnnie Walker, Don, and Zacapa Rum, Dos Equis, FIJI Water and wine, Prosecco and sparkling wine from Tita Italia as well as tastings from some of South Florida’s top restaurants and caterers. Guests will take part in the inaugural “My Hublot” personalized watch experience, and have the first look at the all new 2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport, which will not be publicly released until April 2015, courtesy of Land Rover North & South Dade, divisions of Warren Henry Auto Group. The Gala’s exciting casino games (for charity purposes only) will offer the unique raffle prizes, awarding multiple prize baskets to winners each valued at over $20,000.
In addition to the Gala, LLF will also host an invite-only event for sponsors and VIP table purchasers on Thursday, March 12, 2015, along with a Kickoff party at Hyde Beach at the SLS on Friday, March 13, 2015.
Guest at the Thursday night VIP/Sponsor event will enjoy a premium open bar, high-end liquor tastings, craft cocktail bar provided by Ketel One and Diageo, and hors d’oeuvres from celebrity chef Fabio Viviani of Siena Tavern restaurant. Friday’s Kickoff Event includes a premium open bar at Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel. On display at the Thursday and Friday night event will be the 2015 Jaguar F-TYPE courtesy of Warren Henry Jaguar, a division of Warren Henry Auto Group. For an online donation of $25, guests will enjoy a sponsored bar from Diageo from 9:00PM to 11:00PM. If available, access to the event at the door will be $50. Donations can be made at www.hydebeach.com/heartsandstars.
