Gran Cosecha Tequila Tasting at Gracias Madre

Thirsty Thursday just got very exciting at Gracias Madre. This Thursday, September 15th, from 5pm to 11pm, guests at Gracias Madre can enjoy a food and tequila flight pairing! There will also be a presentation at 7pm with Eli Cardon, owner of Gran Cosecha. And Jason Eisner, Gracias Madre’s beverage director, which will teach guests about the various tequilas, how they are made, the tasting notes, and how each one pairs with various dishes.

– House Milled Corn Sopes – grilled pineapple, coriander sprouts, black beans, avocado. Paired with Gran Cosecha Blanco.
– Jackfruit Tostadas – guajillo, crispy onion, cashew crema, golden raisins. Paired with Gran Cosecha Reposado.
– Ibarra Brownie – end of summer cherries, hazelnuts, caramel, smoked salt. Paired with Gran Cosecha Anejo.

Flight only $25 (served with heirloom tomato sangrita, aka “little blood”)
