Fresh Kitchen Orlando Finally Opens in Waterford Lakes; SODO Opening Scheduled
Orlando residents now have a healthier option when it comes to eating out. Fresh Kitchen, already a popular spot in the greater Tampa area, has moved into Central Florida in the Waterford Lakes town center. A second Fresh Kitchen Orlando will be opening in the SODO area sometime in the spring. This is the 5th location of the healthy, quick-service concept from the Ciccio Restaurant Group, who opened their first Florida FK location in 2014.
The eatery offers chef-inspired, create-your-own bowls; diners choose from a variety of fresh proteins, bases, sauces, and veggies to make the bowl their own. Some of the more interesting choices include sweet potato noodles, chia seed tuna poke, buffalo cauliflower, and coconut sriracha sauce. The flexibility of ingredients ensures that Fresh Kitchen Orlando has meals for everyone to enjoy, from carnivores to vegans.

In addition to the popular bowls, Fresh Kitchen offers a surprisingly big variety of fresh-brewed teas and frescas, cold-press juices, and paleo desserts (that are quite tasty, especially the chocolate chip cookies!). The Cafe Moo Free – a dairy-free, creamy cold brew coffee – is also worth noting.

The bright and airy cafeteria-style space is located where the old Little Greek restaurant once stood. Patrons can dine in or take out, from 11AM-9:30PM during the week and until 10PM on Friday & Saturday.
Fresh Kitchen Orlando is located at 851 N. Alafaya Trail Q01 in Orlando.
The SODO location will be in the Market at Southside.
