On October 31, don’t miss Wynwood’s Halloween Block Party, (“HalloWYN“), a mash up of Halloween and Wynwood where thousands of Miami’s most eclectic souls dressed in outrageous costumes will be at the largest FREE block party in Miami. If there’s ever a place to practice your voyeuristic intentions, this is it!

The party kicks off with a DJ mixing live on a 240” jumbo screen LED TV, showing cult-classic horror films. At 10 pm, HalloWYN goes into a “time warp” with the showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, so everyone can sing and act along to their favorite scenes. This year, “the living” are encouraged to go all out with their clever attire.

Whether they’re dressed as Eva from Ex Machina, Cookie from Empire or a character from American Horror Story, The Walking Dead or Outlander, all creative costumes will be eligible to participate in the Costume Contest offering a $500 prize. HalloWYN will also have over 25 of the top Wynwood Food trucks, a number of fully stocked bars and beer from Desperado and Heineken.
