Plantation living, burger loving residents rejoice: The Habit Burger Grill will open a new location on Saturday, May 27, at 10:30 a.m.
To celebrate the new Habit Burger Grill opening, the public was able to get a sneak peek of the menu during “Free Burger Day” on Sunday, May 21 at during which the first 200 people enjoyed a free Charburger, fries and a regular drink during select times. Additionally, the restaurant offered “Free Habit Day” on Tuesday, May 23.
If you missed out on these offerings, do not fret: on Friday, May 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m., the first 200 guests can enjoy a free chargrilled meal when chosen from one of the preset menus. How fitting for national burger month!
The Habit Burger Grill will open its eighth Florida location in Pembroke Pines this summer. The burger joint first graced the sunshine state with its presence in Delray Beach back in 2015. Preceding was Miami, and last year, locations in Boca Raton, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Orlando opened.

And believe the hype: a consumer magazine named The Habit Burger Grill the “Best Tasting Burger” in America. This was out of 65 burger chains that were also reviewed. A popular burger includes the signature Charburger – 100% fresh ground beef chargrilled over an open flame. A few unique variations of this burger include BBQ Bacon Charburger – Crisp bacon, lettuce, fresh tomato, caramelized onions, pickles, and mayo on a toasted bun, the Teriyaki Charburger – Grilled pineapple, teriyaki sauce, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, caramelized onions, pickle, and mayo on a toasted bun and the Santa Barbara Char – Double Char with Cheese & Avocado on Grilled Sourdough.
The Habit Burger Grill Plantation location is located at 1740 North University Drive, Plantation. Other Florida locations include Fountain Square, 9971 West Flagler Street in Miami; 1831 S. Federal Highway in Delray Beach; 5560 N. Military Trail in Boca Raton; Buckingham Plaza at 280 South State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach; 3333 Northlake Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens and 4706 Millenia Plaza Way in Orlando.
