On Wednesday, September 3, 2014, The Dutch, one of Miami Beach’s favorite American restaurants will host a delectable four-course wine pairing dinner with wines curated and presented by Krug, world-renowned champagne house and winery.The evening will begin at 8 p.m. featuring a hand-tailored menu created by Chef de Cuisine Conor Hanlon, paired alongside some of France’s most acclaimed wines. Priced at $245 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, menu follows:

Oysters three ways, raw Kushi in the half shell with oyster velouté, warm roasted Rockefeller, crispy fried Blue Point on deviled egg

Creamy stracciatella di buratta, grilled Georgia peaches, toasted pecans and arugula
MAIN COURSE
Seared Maine sea scallops with yuzu buerre blanc and caviar
DESSERT
Roasted Georgia peach caramelized arlette, vanilla cream, cherry sorbet
