Experience Doma Kitchen’s Thanksgiving Offerings for Brunch and Dinner
It’s that time of year again. Thanksgiving is a holiday that one either commits to fully, creating a feast themselves. Or you can leave it to the experts to create a Thanksgiving meal that has to be experienced to be believed. Well known for having a unique and original take on international foods, especially Eastern European and Central Asian cuisine, Doma Kitchen’s Thanksgiving menu features some amazing dishes crafted by the talented Chef Kristina Miksyte.
Doma Kitchen’s Thanksgiving brunch (from 10am to 3pm) features options as appealing as the enormous Breakfast Sandwich topped with chicken sausage, egg omelet, bacon, smoked gouda, arugula, tomato, garlic aioli all on a fresh brioche bun.
Another option for Doma Kitchen’s Thanksgiving brunch is the Pumpkin Pancakes or Waffles (pictured) breakfast. These pancakes and waffles are as fresh as the morning sun and come with maple syrup.
Additional brunch specials offered during brunch include the Brighton Beach Benedict (not pictured) served with two potato latkes; arugula, smoked salmon, poached eggs, and topped with Hollandaise sauce, dill, onions and capers.
Another special Thanksgiving brunch menu item is the Autumn Salad with butternut squash, beets, arugula, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and balsamic vinaigrette.
You can order items that appear on the regular menu as well, which include the Potato “Vareniki” Dumplings; a Lithuanian style, handmade dumplings filled with potato topped with caramelized onions, shitake mushrooms, white wine and balsamic reduction.
Doma Kitchen’s Thanksgiving Dinner menu (from 3pm to 9pm) will feature menu items such as Pumpkin Soup with cream of pumpkin, carrots, yams and onions as well as an exquisite Pumpkin Risotto made with Arborio Rice, fresh pumpkin, parmesan cheese, dried cranberries, goat cheese, spices, pumpkin seeds and scallion oil.
In addition, Doma Kitchen’s Thanksgiving dinner menu offers some not-so-traditional options, such as the Shuba. The Shuba (pictured above) contains layered Herring with beets, potatoes, onions, carrots, apples, and eggs. This outside-the-box menu planning brings such a unique experience.
For those craving something more traditional and nostalgic, Doma Kitchen offers their Traditional Turkey Plate. This includes oven roasted turkey, french green beans, cranberry and pear relish, housemade stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy.
For only $24 per person, Doma Kitchen’s Thanksgiving Plate is your salvation if you are not up to the challenge of cooking a traditional turkey dinner yourself.
Finally for dessert, be sure to order the Pumpkin Cake filled with sweet cream cheese, salted caramel, walnuts with cinnamon and ginger spices.
