With the holidays swiftly approaching  are you still Christmas Treeless? Are you sooooo over the same old boring trees that we harvest every year and then throw away? We have scoured the web and our friends houses to put together our favorite creative DIY  Christmas Trees (DIY = Do it yourself) “tree” options to add some unique newness to your Christmas this year. Whatever tree you end up with we hope it is jam packed with presents you really desire.

1) Cork Christmas “Tree” – Luckily for most households (especially in Miami) there is no shortage of wine corks and if there is then you better start drinking today to amass enough corks in time for Christmas.

2) Frivolous Tchotchkes “Tree” – Gather up all the lovable ” junk” laying around your house and plaster it to the wall in an adorable fashion.

 

3) Painted Wall “Tree”- Our friends did this and it came out really amazing. They painted the “tree” and the hung ornaments up on the wall.

 

4) Dangling Ornament “Tree”- Might be a bit tricky to do, but it will look incredible.

5) Pictures in a Corner “Tree”-  This was another one of friends who finally found a creative use for room corners.

 

6) Rubber Glove “Tree”- We don’t think the hospitals will mind if you “borrowed” some gloves to honor the holiday spirit.

 

7) Wrapping Paper “Tree”- Might as well use all that wrapping paper lying around your place for something productive, while its gathering dust in between birthdays and holidays.

8) The Cheapest “Tree” Ever- This is for our lazy, poor and cheeky readers. Kind of tempting huh?
