db Bistro Wine Dinner: Showcasing Argentinian and Chilean Wines
Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro Wine Dinner series continues this Wednesday, April 20, at his Miami-chic French-American bistro, with an exploration of South American flavors with an Argentinian and Chilean Wine Dinner. The stimulating evening begins at 7PM, with a reception in the lively bar and lounge, before heading to one of db Bistro’s elegant dining rooms at 7:30PM.
Chef Clark Bowen and team will feature a menu influenced by both countries’ cuisine, including Rabbit Porchetta and Pan Roasted Bass. Each course of the db Bistro Wine Dinner will be paired with a wine that showcases the finest productions from both regions, including exciting South American Whites.
