db Bistro Miami Wine Dinner – Old World French Vs New World American
This coming Wednesday, March 23rd the battle is on at db Bistro Miami. Next up in the modern French bistro’s 2016 Wine Dinner Series is a clash of the ages: Old World French wines compared with New World American wines.
Each course from Executive Chef Clark Bowen will be accompanied by a New World and an Old World wine of the same varietal to compare and contrast various expressions and wine-making styles of both. Inspiring dishes from Chef Clark include Crab Salad with Cucumber, Orange and Fennel, and Beef Bourguignonne with Pearl Onions, Heirloom Carrots and Mushrooms.
