Celebrate a Special One Year Anniversary at La Mar

La Mar will be turning one on Thursday, March 19th. In celebration, Executive Chef Diego Oka will be refreshing the entire menu, while keeping guest favorites such as the Chaufa Aeropuerto.  Guests who dine at La Mar that evening will receive a special champagne cocktail with Champagne, Lucuma, Guava, Passion Fruit and Fresh Lime to toast the anniversary.

 New menu highlights include:

  • Aji de Gallina Empanada – Peruvian Chicken Stew with Aji Amarillo, Parmesan Cheese and Manchego
  • Osso Bucco – 3lbs, slowly Cooked in chicha morada base, served with Aji Amarillo Potato Puree and Toast, (ideal for sharing)
  • Quinotto with Chupe Flavors – (Like a risotto but with quinoa) Poached Egg, Toast, Huacatay and Prawns
  • Carapulcra Pork Ribs – Andean Potato, Aji Panca Red Pepper, Peanuts and Chocolate Stew
