Blanche’s Café : Insta-Worthy Brunch in SoBe
Blanche’s Café is a new Parisian bakery meets American diner located on the sidewalk of Fairwind Hotel South Beach. What we predict may become one of the next “Miami’s Instagram Hotspots”. There’s rosey and pastel tones adorning the walls, seats and cushions. The increasingly popular and loved neon signage. Picturesque cozy indoor and lush outdoor seating areas. I almost expected a flamingo in a beret to walk by as we had brunch.
The vibrant and cheerful vibe at Blanche’s is one I’m happy to start any morning with. Though, my first visit was under pouring rain, the colorful decor was like a splash of sunshine. As were the $25 bottomless mimosas. They also serve different styles of iced and hot coffees to energize you through your day. As well as smoothies like the Yoda ( Green ) or Unforbidden Fruit Smoothie made of Passionfruit, Mango and Agave. For juices they have a selection of citric and apple.
Breakfast Menu Highlights
Eggs Benedict has to be my favorite breakfast dish, and avocado toast one of my go-to snacks. So I found a match made in heaven when I came across the Avocado Toast Eggs Benedict ( Two Poached Eggs, Multigrain Toast, Arugula, Avocado and House-Made Hollandaise Sauce ). They also have another variation, the Chef’s Benedict with pecan wood smoked bacon and jalapeño corn bread. Like it your way? Build your own omelette ( 3 eggs x 3 fillings ) choosing from different veggies, meats and cheeses.

Don’t feel like making so many decisions in the morning? Simply go for the nutritious Healthy Omelette, made with egg whites, filled with bell peppers, tomatoes, onion and mushrooms, and a side of fruit. Though most dishes are served with potatoes lyonnaise, leafy greens and toast. Blanche’s also serves a Healthy Breakfast Sandwich, but my fave is the Smoked Salmon Sandwich ( Choice of everything, plain, or wheat bagel, whipped or herb cream cheese with smoked salmon, red onions, capers, arugula, and tomatoes ). I drooled over the buttery texture and smoky flavors of the salmon. The fresh veggies helping contrast the savory cream cheese and crunchy bagel.
Like to start your day on a sweet note? This Parisian-inspired café’s bakery will fulfill that sweet tooth all day long. The Almond Croissant being an absolute must! This flaky treat with sliced almonds and powdered sugar on top was devoured in seconds and voted “best” by the whole table. Though if looking for something more filling or to share, I’d go for the Oh Là Lá Pancakes made from their unique buttermilk recipe and served with strawberries, banana, and Nutella dipped cream.
