Taquiza’s Steve Santana Mexican street-fare will feature two for $5 tacos including a Prawn Al Pastor Taco with Pineapple-Cilantro Salsa and Charred Cherry Pepper Hot Sauce, pairing perfectly with Santana’s freshly House-Made Blue Corn Chips served with Chile de Árbol Salsa and Guacamole for dipping.
Meanwhile, Lure Fishbar’s Executive Chef John Iatrellis will be roasting a whole pig and whole fish for the occasion, served by the plate. For $8 each, enjoy Lechón Asado served with Charred Corn Salad, Tamal Colado and Mole Negro; or Grilled Snapper Tamales with Mexican Rice and Veracruz Salsa.

A smoky take on a traditional Negroni, KYU’s Mezcal Negroni is a carefully crafted cocktail that is prepared in a porthole infuser and aged 3 -7 days. The Creyente Mezcal mixes with the Wood Chips, Blood Orange, Campari, Pimms #1, Carpano and Antica Sweet Vermouth within the distinctive infuser and is then poured tableside over ice. ADD:

3 to 4 Lime wedges, squeezed
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
SERVE:
Salt rim of beer glass.
