Chef Bradley Kilgore has had this ingenious idea for awhile and has finally teamed up with the local artist Austyn Weiner to bring his dream into a mesmerizing reality. The dinner will transpire on Wednesday, December 3 as Austyn Weiner has created brand new art prints inside of plexiglass plates. The dinner will be served on these artistic plates and convey the Chef’s perspective. “The prints will change between every course, which I’ll plate on top of each time, using different colors of food as well as sauces and purées to mimic the art that will reveal itself as diners eat.” Sounds like it shall be an enthralling and mind blowing experience.
