Designed by Celano Design, Bagatelle Miami Beach will be a collection of wondrous sounds and sights as it will keep to the recognizable design of its sister locations of beige and white furnishings accented with decorative moldings, plush banquets, numerous crystal chandeliers, bright fresh flowers and eye catching pop art provided by Opera Gallery, their global art curator. Of the exclusive rotating pieces of art to be displayed, SEEN will be the premiere artist featured. Ideal for the fashionable, beautiful and leaders of industry, the stone top bar will feature a display of the finest selection of worldly wines and Champagne as they enjoy the art and blended music of multiple genres that will serve as their soundtrack for the night.
Serving mainly modern French cuisine with 144 seats of outdoor and indoor dining, Bagatelle Miami will be helmed by Executive Chef Matthieu Godard whose delectable signature dishes will include Tartare de Thon Bagatelle– Ahi Tuna Tartar, Avocado Chutney, Cripsy Shallot, Key Lime Soy Dressing, Papdum Tuile; Gnocchi Truffes a la Parisienne – Homemade Gnocchi, Black Truffle Sauce, Aged Parmesan Cheese; Gambas au Pastis – Jumbo prawn, flambé with Ricard anise, green vegetable risotto; and Poulet Entier Roti a laTruffe – Whole Truffled Roasted Chicken, Country Style Potatoes, Caramelized Cipolini, Button Mushrooms, Thyme Chicken Jus.
