Southern Comfort Meets Rustic Italian Cuisine
This fall the 50 Eggs Guest Chef Series continues with one-of-a-kind culinary collaborations featuring acclaimed talents from within the industry, ranging from haute, up-and-coming Miami-based trendsetters to nationally renowned gourmet celebrities. In the next exciting installment of the series, taking place on Thursday, October 23 at 7 p.m., pork and porchetta lovers alike will enjoy dishes from Executive Chef Partner Clayton Miller and Chef Michael Pirolo at Swine Southern Table & Bar.
Pirolo, chef and co-owner of Macchialina Taverna Rustica on Miami Beach, brings his expertise in Italian cuisine to the snout-to-tail table at Swine fusing the robust flavors of the eatery’s pork-centric fare with his refined, rustic Italian accents. In this one-night-only gastronomic gathering, foodies will be able to enjoy a hearty five-course dinner complete with perfectly paired wines by Premier Beverage and cocktails by Ancho Reyes.
