The final list of vendors will be announced closer to the grand opening, along with a schedule of events and activations throughout the entire opening weekend including family-friendly activities, photo ops, live music and happy hour specials. Here our 5 reasons to check out this marvelous spot-
1) Tyo Sushi –
TYO Sushi is a certified kosher Asian food concept, serving edamame, bento boxes, catch-of-the day sushi and poke bowls. Helmed by Chef Roger Epres who is originally from the Philippines, TYO Sushi focuses on high quality, sushi-grade fish including Hamachi, toro, tuna and salmon and you can taste the high quality of all their fish!
Highlights include the Korean Bulgogi Bowl ($18), the Tuna Medori Salad ($21) and various Bento Boxes ($16-$24) which are served with vegetable gyoza and cucumber wakame salad. Notable sushi rolls include the TYO Roll ($15), a combination of spicy tuna, cilantro, avocado, and cucumber. The dish is rolled inside out and is topped with Hamachi, jalapeno, scallions, spicy aioli and black caviar. Other highlights include the Vegan Roll ($14) and the Sushi Bento ($22), which is a sampler of five pieces of sushi chosen by TYO’s team of expert sushi chefs. Chef Epres recommends the Lava Tower ($15) for those who enjoy a variety of seafood “lava” along with spring onion, masago, sesame and eel sauce.
2) Marble & Rye –
Marble & Rye is a Marbelous Kosher deli serving high quality meats. They ship their pastrami, salami and hot dogs from the divine Chicago based Romania Kosher Sausage Company and you can taste the difference. We highly recommend the supple lean pastrami on all their various types of delightful breads. It is so wonderful to have premium NY style Deli back in South Beach!

4) Chill N Nitrogen Ice Cream –
What do you get when you mix science with ice cream? Monumentally improved ice cream! This ice cream is so scrumptious! Chill N Nitrogen Ice Cream is brought to you by the mind and mouth of the ice-cream-eating, Danny Golik. And by ice cream eating, we mean ice cream loving. So much loving that he locked himself, and some friends, in a garage for six months. And, 3,456,789 brain-freezes later… the almighty “nitrogen ice cream equation” was perfected and Chill-N was born.
Science is cool and ice cream is cooler, so it only makes sense that science would make the coolest ice cream of all time. Usually, the ice cream creation is done days, weeks, or months before and you go to a shop to get a scoop of it. That’s boring. We wanted to show people how awesome the creation part is. It’s simple — pick what you want, we will put it together, freeze it right then and there and, voila!, totally original and delicious ice cream.
