3030 Ocean Fort Lauderdale Presents Wines Around The World

On Thursday, May 26, 3030 Ocean partnered with Moët Hennessy, a leading importer of luxury wines, to launch its Wines Around The World dinner series.

The upscale Fort Lauderdale Beach seafood bistro in the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa has initiated these ongoing dining events to highlight wines unique to five particular regions; and pairs them to a five course menu created by 3030 Ocean’s creative and passionate executive chef, Adrienne Grenier.

The first Wines Around The World showcased wines spanning the globe from California and Spain to Argentina, New Zealand, and Australia. The American cuisine dinner kicked off with Chandon Delice, a semi-sweet sparkling wine, during the welcome reception at the candlelight-filled, oceanfront restaurant.

The five course menu included special meats, –New Zealand Ellensberg Lamb and Jackman Ranch Wagyu Ribeye.  While the second course dish featured housemade Kale Pasta Carbonara tossed with Smoked, Pickled Carrots and fresh Farm Egg; and paired with a rich, creamy and slightly hazy glass of 2015 Newton Unfiltered Chardonnay.
