Bulla Gastrobar

($55 per person) Diners will be allowed to pick one tapa, entrée and dessert from the holiday prix fixe menu. Chef David Sears has couples covered for the holiday with a themed menu including: Yuzu Butter Poached Whole Maine Lobster with carnaroli risotto, compressed green papaya, preserved Meyer lemon, charred capers and langoustine oil $46; Red Samba Roll with pickled red onion, asparagus, avocado, garlic cured rainbow trout, tempura coriander, strawberry yuzu gel and strawberry aioli $19. After dinner, guests can enjoy Lavender Lady with Bombay Sapphire, creme de peche, lavender agave, peach purée and lemon juice and a fresh kaffir leaf lovingly shaken and strained $15.

($2,000 for two) Chef Christopher Lee is going all out for Valentine’s Day with an exclusive candlelight dinner and tour inside The Forge’s wine cellar. Couples will be treated to an amuse bouche and eight course romantic dinner with wine pairings including: Seared Foie Gras with concord grape glazed “cronut”, pumpkin seeds, butternut squash and Guinness gastrique; Spice Crusted Rack Of Lamb with baby brussels sprouts, golden raisins, Israeli cous cous amd apricot jus.

 The District

Singles Awareness Day is near. As couples gear up with flowers, diamonds and teddy bears, The DistrictMiami prepares for the madness by organizing a day filled with love, cocktails and puppies, making sure the Hallmark holiday is one to remember for everyone – including singles.

The District has partnered with the Humane Society of Greater Miami and animal activist Heather Glassman to brunch with pets from 11 AM – 4 PM. Pets will be on-site available for adoption and playtime with those dining at The District. Guests who donate just $15 to the rescue will receive a complimentary Champagne Fresca or dessert, with raffle prizes also offered. Music will be provided by DJ Chilly.

Special Valentine’s Day-themed creations by Chef Horacio will be on the menu for brunch and dinner as well as an a la carte menu with an atmosphere that makes everyone feel like they are in for a treat.
