The restaurant will serve a 4-course dinner for $70 per person. Among the menu choices will be the famous Louisiana BBQ shrimp; Acadia’s black roux gumbo with house andouille, gulf shrimps, blue crab and okra; blackened Louisiana seabream with blue crab ceviche, pecan meunière, Israeli cous cous; and filet of NY striploin with charred cippolini, bordelaise and duck fat pommes Anna. Dessert is a choice of Flourless chocolate orange torte, vanilla bean bread pudding, or heirloom carrot cake.

Dinner is served from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. and reservations are highly recommended.

The Heathman Restaurant and Bar will feature dinner and a movie on Valentine’s Day weekend with two showings of the seductive food movie Big Night, along with a six-course tasting menu and optional wine pairings. Executive chef Michael Stanton will feature king salmon, consommé with smoked scallops, porcini risotto, roast pork shoulder and quince panna cotta.

A special prix-fixe dinner menu for $65 per person will be available the weekend of February 13-15 in the main dining room. Menu items include lobster bisque, Hudson Valley foie gras, Oregon sturgeon, Maine lobster, and chocolate heart for two. Signature cocktails include a Heathman Martini, Orchard Old Fashioned, Luxury Spiced Vermouth Manhattan and Oregon Berries & Bubbles. The Heathman will also feature bottles of specialty bubbles such as Krug Grand Cuvée, André Clouet Silver Nature, Pierre Peters Blanc de Blancs Brut and Moutard Grande Cuvée. Jake’s Famous Crawfish will be offering their regular dinner menu on Feb. 14th, along by a few specials such as New York Steak & Prawns, Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail, and Crab Leg Sauté.  The special dessert will be Jake’s Chocolate Bag.
