The Spa at Conrad Miami Soothes

Sometimes we just need to be pampered, well all the time for some of us, but definitely at least occasionally. I had the honor of visiting The Spa at Conrad Miami and trying out a smorgasbord of luscious luxuries. The Spa at Conrad Miami perched up above Brickell in the Conrad hotel greets you with a fresh lemongrass scent and a spotless decor that seduces you. Every worker had a beaming smile and very very talented hands. I was able to get mini versions of the services below and loved them all.  Enjoy these The Spa at Conrad Miami October Specials:

I am a massage snob having had almost 100 all over the world and this Massage – Stress Be Gone (mini back, shoulder, and neck massage) was extraordinary. Easily one of the best I have had in Miami.

The Polish– Aromatic Body Polish (mini body scrub and polish) utilized this intoxicating pumpkin scrub and was blissful. People were looking at me strange the rest of the day because I could not stop sniffing myself, true story.

The Paraffin– (mini paraffin wax hand and foot treatment) was unique and interesting. I had my feet slid into a bag filled with paraffin. It felt soothing and hydrates deep into your skin as they rub it all around. I definitely will do my hands next time too and am waiting for a full body version.

I had not had a facial in eons and really enjoyed this Beauty Break Facial (mini stone crop face wash, strawberry rhubarb derma-foliant, and calm skin chamomile moisturizer).

The Manicure– Prim and Polished (mini hand massage, nail buff, and polish change) & Pedicure– Foot Revival (mini foot massage, scrub, nail buff and polish) were standard but deftly executed.

The Spa at Conrad Miami is a magical place to escape the stresses of life and be nurtured and worshipped like Royalty. Let the talented staff soothe every nook and cranny of your exalted being. I can not wait to go back…
