Taste of Miami is a unique event where local celebrity restaurant chefs have the opportunity to showcase their favorite savory bites to you. Along with these mouth-watering creations, enjoy craft beers and wine brought to you by Miami’s finest: Biscayne Bay Brewing, Concrete Brewery, Excelsior Wines, J. Wakefield Brewing Company, Miami Brewing Company, Schnebly Redlands Winery, Sweet Liberty/Ford’s Gin and more!
Attendees will also be greeted by the delicious scents of dishes by 109 BurgerJoint, Bistro at Tuyo, Café la Rica, Cantina La 20, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar, Clevelander Marlins Park, Cooper’s Hawk Winery, Diced, Don Camaron Seafood Grill & Market, Dr. Limon, Exquisito Chocolates, ITO Mojitos y Cafecitos, Los Ranchos Steakhouse, Mama Choa, Miami Smokers, Milly’s Empanada Factory, Milly’s Restaurant, Night Owl Cookies, Premier Kitchen, Soyka Restaurant, Spitfire, Tacology, The Melted Scoop and The Salty Donut!
This foodie’s dream come true will also feature a Head-to-head MVP cooking competition presented by Estrella Damm, between Miami Smokers Chef Andres Barrientos and Marlins All-Star Charles Johnson versus Estefan Kitchen’s Chef Odell Torres and 1997 World Series MVP Liván Hernández. All proceeds from Taste of Miami will benefit the Marlins Foundation, the Hispanic Food and Beverage Foundation, Common Threads and the Miami Culinary Institute’s Joanna Rodriguez Memorial Scholarship Fund.
