Sushi Samba Celebrates Pisco Sour Day

Being best known for their collaboration of Brazilian, Peruvian, and Japanese cultures, SUSHISAMBA is celebrating International Pisco Sour Day on Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8 with a special food and beverage menu highlighting the signature Peruvian cocktail.

Each location will be adding a special Pisco inspired dish to their menu for the holiday. Coral Gables will be serving Hokkaido Scallop Seviche, with siberian ossetra caviar, micro coriander, crisped shallots, and pisco infused leche de tigre $18. At the Miami Beach location, guests can enjoy Pisco Picanha Saltado, with sesame oil, pisco seared picanha, red onion, heirloom cherry tomato, crispy mocha, poached quail egg and pisco sour foam $16.

Samba mixologists will be putting a twist on the beloved cocktail with drinks like, Matcha Pisco, with Matcha tea infused pisco, orange liqueur and pineapple syrup $9, and a Pisco Punch, with Pisco Portón, Bacardi Mango Rum, coconut rum, fresh lime, yuzu juices, muddled shiso leaf and orange bitters, topped with ginger ale effervescence $9.
