Stiltsville Fish Bar – SomeFin’ Special in Miami Beach

After years of building Root & Bone into a successful brand, executive chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth wanted to bring the magic back to where it all began for their relationship; Miami, Florida. Their idea was to bring only the freshest Florida seafood, and genuine Southern hospitality to Miami Beach (which we all know Miami tends to lack). And thus, Stiltsville Fish Bar was created.

In 2015 Janine and Jeff discovered the perfect Sunset Harbor location for their next concept, and began developing Stiltsville Fish Bar; a neighborhood restaurant celebrating quality seafood.

Stiltsville and Ocean Drive collaborated to bring a grand opening soiree with a preview of the late night menu.

The event was very successful with bringing in a large crowd of Miami’s beauties and gents; so much so that once the appetizer came out, they were immediately claimed! I only had the opportunity to try out their Smoked Fish Dip, (which was so yummy!), but you can check out their menu for more of their delicious options.
