Red the Steakhouse will impress you like few other spots in all of South Florida. Red Steakhouse is one of the select restaurants where virtually every one of the multiple (10+) dishes they served us were ALL sensational!
Chef Peter Vauthy is one of our most treasured chefs. He is holding an Alaskan Red King Crab, the creme de la creme of crabs, which reflects his philosophy that:
“We order and work with the best. If we don’t have what the world says is the best, we search for it until we track it down. We don’t deal with second-rate ingredients here.”
The must try items at Red, besides the steak of course, are the:
- Fresh Alaskan King Crab Cakes
- Creamed Corn
- Sweet Potato Fondue with Golden Marshmallow Topping
- Mac n’ Cheese
- Ludicrously creative desserts.
