Oishi Thai Review – A Must Try for Miami Thai

Oishi Thai Review – A Must Try for Miami Thai

Miami has a flourishing food scene, but we are severely lacking a number of high quality Thai restaurants. Thankfully Oishi Thai (Oishi means delicious in Japanese) offers up some of the best Thai food in Miami.  The kitchen is helmed by the adorable and energetic Chef Bee. They sling stupendous dishes that is his new wave slant on traditional Thai food. I have been a fan of this place since 2006 when I use to pound their pad thai weekly.  Let’s go through some highlights from Oihsi Thai.

Start with the best Bok Choi I have ever had and Bok choi is not easy to make delicious. The perfectly crunchy texture and dash of chili powder makes this worth ordering. This will probably be the only time I every recommend ordering bok choi.

Another must order is the Taco Truffle Salmon with kimchee, miso, mayonnaise, avocado, and truffle oil. The Taco has a beautiful consistency and all the flavors meld together harmoniously topped off with the luscious truffle oil.

Next up it is Beef Jerky that is better than the American version. The beef is marinated in sweet soy and will make you smile.

The Ab Zaab is another must order. This crispy chicken dumpling bowl is crunchy and juicy.

I’ve had Korean Fried Chicken before, but it aint got nothing Chef Bee’s Mama Fried Organic Chicken with garlic, black peeper, cilantro, garlic sauce and coriander seed with red chilies. Crispy, juicy and spicy good.
