Mignonette Oyster Bar Review

Craving seafood and feeling like putting on your Miami fancy pants? Mignonette, Blue Collar’s delicious little sister, is located in the up and coming neighborhood of Edgewater. The oyster bar, started by a Miami food blogger and former hard partying local chef, Danny Serfer, offers fancy dining in a casual environment. Their menu includes seafood classics, as well as innovative dishes, plain & fancy entrees and even prime rib. Check out our favorites in the Mignonette Oyster Bar Review video.

Obviously begin your meal with Oysters. You can choose from their daily rotating selection, which come with a magnificent homemade cocktail sauce that has a nice kick of spice. There are classics like Oysters Rockefeller and Oysters Bienville as well.

The Lobster Deviled Eggs are made with fresh Maine lobster and topped with smoked paprika and chives. They are fantastic on their own, but a pro tip is to put that banging cocktail sauce on them to enhance. For your entrée, you can choose one of the many seafood options and then choose to make it plain or you can make it fucking fancy. The fancy option has a myriad of different flavors and we feel you should always go fancey. We ordered the Red Fish and made it fucking fancy, of course.

Monday through Friday lunch is served from 12pm – 3pm. Dinner service is offered Sunday through Thursday from 5:30pm until 10pm and Friday & Saturday from 5:30pm until 11pm. On Saturdays & Sundays you can enjoy brunch from 11:30am to 3pm. Don’t miss out on their very reasonable happy hour served at the bar Monday through Friday from 5:30pm – 7pm where you can feast on $2 oysters and $1 clams.
