BLT Prime

On Christmas Day, BLT Prime Miami, the acclaimed New American steakhouse in Doral, will offer a special Christmas Blackboard menu with a range of seasonal options which guests can order a la carte or as a three-course prix fixe meal. Including one appetizer, main course, side, and dessert, the prix fixe menu, created by chef de cuisine Dustin Ward, is priced at $65 per person and supplemental charges may apply. Celebrate Christmas Eve with friends and family at db Bistro Moderne Miami. Executive Chef Jason Pringle offers a four course pre­-fixe holiday dinner menu featuring seasonal inspirations such as Nantucket Bay Scallops, Roasted Elk Loin and Suckling Pig. On the sweets side, Pastry Chef Saeko Nemoto will be offering up variations of the Classic Bûche de Noël, in addition to other delicious holiday treats. Share and taste options including charcuterie, cheese and a raw bar are available as add­ons to the pre­fixe menu. Complementing the dinner, Sommelier Alan Feldman will offer five bottles of champagne from different producers at $99 each. On Christmas Eve the lounge will open at 5:30 pm, and dinner service starts at 6:00 pm with the last seating at 10:00 pm

Driftwood Room

Driftwood Room at Nautilus in South Beach invites guests to enjoy Christmas with special prix-fixe menus prepared by Chef Alex Guarnaschelli and Chef de Cuisine Lucas Marino for $59 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Driftwood Room will host Christmas Eve dinner on Thursday, December 24, from 5pm – 11pm, and Christmas lunch and dinner on Friday, December 25, from noon – 11pm.

Jaya at The Setai

On Christmas Eve, from 7 pm – 10 pm, the newly opened Jaya at The Setai, Miami Beach will celebrate the holiday with a delicious four­ course menu, with a vegetarian menu also available.

Guests can indulge in Executive Chef Mathias Gervais’ conscious Southeast Asian cuisine, beginning with a choice of Foie Gras, Tuna Tataki, or Kumomoto Oysters. For their second course, guests will enjoy a delicious Peking Duck Consommé or Wagyu Short Rib Gyoza. For the entrée, there will be a choice of Maine Lobster, Roasted Turkey, or Wagyu Top Sirloin. To finish the Christmas Eve meal, dessert will include a choice of Tarte Tatin, Red Velvet Cake, Almond Bread Pudding, or Mignardises.

La Mar by Gaston Acurio offers holiday diners the chance to explore the authentic and diverse flavors of Peruvian gastronomy.

CHRISTMAS EVE:

Parties of four or more can enjoy an incredible sharing-style Peruvian meal at La Mar, featuring treasured holiday recipes from our chefs’ families. Quality Meats Miami Beach

Quality Meats will be open from 4PM to midnight on Christmas Day. In addition to its regular a la carte dinner menu, special holiday items will be available including Slow Roasted Whole Leg of Colorado Lamb for four served with Mint Jelly enhanced with Pine Nuts, Pomegranate and fresh Herbs. Fontainebleau’s newest restaurant is offering Christmas Day brunch for $68 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, from 11 am – 3 pm on Christmas Eve, and on Christmas Day, the restaurant is offering a three-course holiday-inspired prix-fixe menu priced at $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, available from 6 pm – 11 pm. Guests will enjoy a first course of Beausoliel Oysters with Petrossian Caviar and a Cucumber-Ginger Mignonette; followed by the main course, Pan-roasted Duck Breast served with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Celery Root Puree, and Huckleberry Jus. The Dutch

South Beach’s popular Americana-inspired dining destination will offer special menus for guests to enjoy as they celebrate both Christmas and New Year’s.
