Brewery Ommegang’s “Five Cubed” (53)

Haute Dining and Brewery Ommegang joined forces to kick off Miami Food and Wine Week with Five Cubed at the 1111 parking garage on Lincoln Road. This VIP Dinner brought together 5 talented Chefs and 5 kick ass beers for a sublime five-course dinner served to 200 VIP ticket holders seated around a regal table high above Miami Beach.

The dinner featured courses by Chef Sean Brasel (Meat Market) Chef Alex Chang (Vagabond), Chef Brad Kilgore (Alter), Chef Johnny Sheehan (New World Tavern), and Chef Adrianne Calvo (Adrianne’s Vineyard). Each course was paired with a selected beer by Brewery Ommegang.  After dinner, 15 chefs presented more awesome dishes to another slew of partygoers. We look forward to FIve Cubed Deuce next year.
