While Bucharest, Romania may not be as famous as Italy or France for its culinary talents, it is close enough to those foodie havens to have had some of their deliciousness rub off on them. I found a very impressive restaurant in Fior di Latte, which boasts an Italian chef, a French pastry chef and this high tech machine that makes Gelato you would stab someone with a fork for. The ambiance, service and experience were all very pleasant. Order the Bolognese pasta, schnitzel and pistacchio gelato. This is a Must Try if you are in Romania.
