Presented by Dom Perignon, on Saturday, April 29, visual and culinary arts come together at Villa Azur for an exclusive vernissage by Formento & Formento – the dynamic husband-wife team known for their romantic and stylish photographs that explore in-desaturated, cinematic scenes, themes of love, longing and the burden of memory.
Priced at $250, the dinner will feature 5 courses including Rosted Oysters with arugula, parmesan cream and pata negra, Salmon Tartare with lightly smoked salmon, citrus, endive leave and kaluga caviar, Scallop Carpaccio with yuzu pearl, schuam peper jelly and lemongrass dressing, Lamb Medallion in cumin and mint crust served with braised artichokes and caramelized onions, and Strawberry & Rose St Honore, paired with Dom Perignon ’06 and ’04, P2 1998 and Dom Perignon Rosé.
