4 Rivers Smokehouse to Celebrate Red, White & Brisket on National Brisket Day

WHAT: 4 Rivers Smokehouse, home to more than 4.5 million pounds of brisket sales since opening in 2009, will celebrate National Brisket Day on Saturday, May 28. As the “Founding Father” of Orlando’s award-winning brisket, Chef/owner John Rivers will celebrate the meat-enthusiast’s holiday as the brand’s declaration of independence with a Red, White and Brisket day-themed celebration.

For one day only, guests can enjoy two special menu items available at 4 Rivers locations throughout the state. 4 Rivers’ signature 18-hour, Smoked Angus Brisket will be featured in a Chili Cheese Brisket Burger for just $7.99, and the restaurant also will be serving up Chili Cheese Fries for $4.99.
In addition, 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Winter Park will feature craft beer from Cask & Larder and Central 28 Beer Company for $5 and musical entertainment from acoustic, singer/songwriter Sara Nelms from 6-8 p.m.
