Casa de Uco is in Mendoze, Argentina, known for their utmost spectacular wine cultivating environment. Casa de Uco is in the Uco Valley of Mendoza, right on the foothills of the Andes Moutnains and quickly becoming the up and coming wine capital of Argentina.
Casa de Uco’s sensational wines are solely paid homage to the combination of the ideal altitude, sun-bathed days, cool nights, blended rocky soils, and the Tunuyan River, which together cultivates incomparable growing conditons for wine grapes.
I had the pleasure to taste their El Salvaje Malbec, and El Salvaje Blanc de Blancs. The El Salvaje Malbec was a deep and enticing red, full-bodied with an aromatic spiciness. It was just the right balance of intense and luscious. The El Salvaje Blanc de Blancs was a blend of white comprised of 66% Sauvignon Blanc, 17% Torrontés and 17% Chardonnay. The blended whites was quite the experience. The sharp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc introduces itself immediately upon sipping, with a fruity undertone from the Torrontés, and a signature buttery finish from the Chardonnay. The El Salvaje is wildly delicious, as it’s name suggests.
Casa de Uco offers far more than an amazing glass of wine. They have secluded villas for rent or purchase beyond the resort hotel stays if you are looking for more than just a few nights from Casa de Uco. They have delectable locally grown vegetables and herbs as well as regional cuisine with private chefs to curate seasonal menus for the resort.
The resort could solely be a relaxing experience for you to take in the serene views, spa experience, and wine galore, but they also offer excitement for the more adventurous. Case de Uco has bike excursions, horse riding through the vineyards, and mountain ventures.

Imagine sitting back as the air turns crisp in the evening, and the Andes mountains are painted golden orange as they reflect the sunset.
