Miami’s multi-sensory culinary theater, known for its innovative dining experience, introduces a new imaginative menu from concept designer, restaurateur, author, and culinary visionary, Barton G‘s new dishes feature extravagant presentations that takes fine dining to the next level.

The restaurant’s specialty Below Zero Nitro Bar also features new high-octane cocktails served with liquid nitrogen frozen alcoholic popsicles. “We love experimenting and reimaging familiar dishes to take them one step further and surprise guests not only on presentation but by using different ways of cooking to showcase quality seasonal ingredients,” says Weiss. “We’re introducing a new menu to spotlight American favorites in never before seen ways while still showcasing flavor for a well-rounded, yet out-of-the-box dining experience.”

Thai Me Up Surf & Turf

Thai Me Up Surf N Turf | $55 Sweet & spicy Buddha chicken wings and bamboo leaf baked mero grouper. Fresh coconut-pistachio chutney, kaffir scented curry broth, stewed peppers, onions and squash. The fish and sauce were so sublime.

B.G. Platinum Ranch Tomahawk For 2 | Market Price 32oz. KERWEE Silver Grade Australian Wagyu Ribeye, Lime Broiled 8oz. Warm Water Lobster Tail, Gulf Shrimp. Charcoal yucca logs, charred tomato, salsa ‘ranchera’. This steak was ridiculously juicy and my fave dish of the night.

Rubber Ducky. Your The One!

Rubber Ducky…You’re The One | $33 Coconut angel cake overflowing with whipped coconut cream, in a milk chocolate tub. Served with white chocolate – passion fruit ducklings· You will fight with your friends over that heavenly duck.

Dolla Dolla Bills Y’all!!!! | $42 MEGA RICH chocolate ganache and dulce de leche tart, under a gold brick shell. Graham cracker crust, soft meringue, chocolate – feuilletine golden nuggets. This one was the most fun dessert, because it comes with a lil show.

The Big Dish | $49 Take Home Barton G. Weiss’ Celebrated Cookbook! Warm butter brioche bread pudding, baked with white chocolate and raspberries, topped with vanilla ice cream. Candied pecan filled eggs, lemonmango coulis, rum syrup. By far the best cookbook present I ever got!

Below The Belt | $28 Bulleit Bourbon, sugar cane nectar, lime juice, Fever Tree Ginger Beer with a boubon-ginger beer nitro-pop.

Blood In The Sky | $33 “I only wanted to see you in the Purple Rain” – Prince A cocktail tribute of Hendricks’ Gin, blackberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar cane nectar shaken with egg whites with a gin nitro-stick. I asked and there was no fentanyl garnish available.
