15th and Vine Kitchen and Bar is a stunning spot atop the sumptuous Viceroy Hotel pool deck with mesmerizing views of a royal pool, the Brickell skyline and serene Biscayne Bay. We had a lovely experience dining here on their tapas-like menu that we ran back in to try out their new menu. Frank Rog is the young Chef who has such a warm and gracious spirit. He trained as a sous chef under James Beard award-winning Iron Chef Jose Garces at the historic Mercat a la Planxa. One of our favorite plates was the incredible Shrimp Tacos with Key Lime Relish. This was one of the best tacos we have ever had, with the fresh shrimp, avocado and key lime relish swimming together in harmonious Umaminess. One order of these beauties is simply not enough.

Another dish that blew us away was the Potato Gnocchi with Char Su Braised Pork. The pork was so tender and that sauce the chef whipped up will make your eyes widen in amazement.

15th and Vine Kitchen and Bar also boasts an organic soda menu that of course can be made into an adult beverage, as well as some homemade ice creams and a great sunset Happy Hour from 6-8.
